Our ceremony will take place at Burnt Chimney United Methodist Church on September 19 at 11:00 AM, with a reception to follow at our nearby rental home located at 400 Backcove Drive in Moneta, Virginia. All are welcome to join and we look forward to seeing you there!

We have selected a house where we can all be together for a few days leading up to/ following the wedding! We welcome you to stay with us September 16th- 21st and look forward to making many memories under one roof!

Smith Mountain Lake is just the place to kick back and relax for a few days with friends! Due to the location of our wedding, traditional hotel room blocks are limited. We encourage friends to explore vacation rental options such as Airbnb and VRBO for their stay. To help with planning, we recommend considering accommodations in the Gangplank Point Condominium Complex, located near Poplar Point Park. This area offers convenient access to both the ceremony and reception—just a short drive by car, or approximately five minutes by boat. We will be sharing specific property recommendations under the travel section of the website; however, guests are welcome to book accommodations wherever they prefer based on their own needs and preferences.
